The intention of this still-life was to represent relationships by comparing differing colors and textures. The yellow and white paper origami sculptures are composed dynamically to infer a sense of tension. The soft folds of the drapery are loosely strewn to convey chaos with a simple empty wooden box standing stoically as to imply a safe harbor in a storm.
